Advice and assistance from our engineering and design office is available to clients when building early prototypes or introducing new production techniques. Advice and assistance from our engineering and design office is available to clients when building early prototypes or introducing new production techniques. HE Electronics can advise and support companies bringing their own products to market, to provide the route to a prototype and robust finished product.

If a working prototype already exists, HE Electronics can use their engineering and test expertise to productise it, including adapting and optimising the product for volume manufacture. HE Electronics can also advise on documentation, compliance and test requirements and provide Project Management Services.

Manufacture, Test and Quality See More

A range of electronic and electrical manufacture and test can be performed on our premises. This includes PCB assembly, software device programming and system configuration. Custom cable looming, harness assemblies and wiring installation kit sets can be designed and produced to demanding supply chain quality requirements. Chassis, rack, electromechanical assembly and panel wiring services can be provided.

We are also able to provide overhaul and modification services and can supply update and modification kit sets for use by installers in the field. HE Electronics manufacturing equipment includes an automatic, computer controlled, high speed, solid state UV laser marking system. The equipment meets with SAE AS50881, SAE ARP 5607 and BAC 5152 standards.

Comprehensive test services can be provided using proprietary instruments or special purpose test rigs. We have extensive experience in designing and testing equipment to meet demanding EMC and environmental specifications.

Full environmental test specifications can be prepared and equipment stressed using our environmental chamber or the services of approved test houses.
